The Inspiring Leadership programme aims to provide development opportunities for senior managers or managers who want to advance their management practice. There are three pathways, designed to build your skills in self-leadership, team leadership and organisational leadership.

Budget IIA Pitstops

    This one hour workshop provides an introduction to completing Budget Integrated Impact Assessments (IIAs) for budget savings options. Following the overview of the template, there will be an IIA development session where you can bring along draft Budget IIAs and ask any specific questions.

     

    The Equalities Team will be available to provide guidance and feedback, alongside colleagues from key areas of the IIA, including Legal, Environmental, and Consumer Duty, who can offer advice on their sections of the assessment.

     

     These sessions are available both in-person and digitally.
