You will find out why managing sickness absence matters, how frequently it occurs, and the steps to take if someone in your team is off sick. The course also outlines what actions to follow when certain absence levels are reached and details the available support and resources.
This module will takes about 30 minutes to complete and includes helpful links to other documents you might need. You can come back to this course anytime if you need a reminder.
