Aberdeen City Council is responsible for ensuring all workplace incidents and near misses are accurately recorded and that specific incidents are reported to the Health and Safety Executive. This short eLearning module is focussed on the school environment, and is mandatory for everyone working in school environments. The module will explain the importance and steps involved in reporting incidents and near misses.
By the end of this course, you should:
- Know your responsibility to carry out robust risk assessments and investigations
- Understand what when, why and where to report
- Know where to find further help and information
This module will take roughly 30 minutes to work through.
The purpose of this training is to demonstrate how to
handle complaints in an effective way, and to ensure we
all comply with the Complaints Handling Procedure.
