This half day course is designed around Aberdeen City Council's Adoption and Change Management (ACM) process. This course looks at key skills and tools in order to understand how people respond to change and how to best support them. The objectives of the course:
- Gain an understanding of our approach to change management as an organisation
- What your role is in change
- Tools and techniques to support you and your team through a change
